On Thursday December 13, 2018 we put on a Christmas Dinner for the Vets at St. Francis House. As part of the program each Vet received a $10 Walmart gift certificate. 4 $75 gift certificates and 6 gifts were raffled off as door prizes. The Ladies Auxiliary, represented bu Judy Brink and Sue Pilkington, presented gifts to the dependent children. We served 37 Vets, 2 dependent wives, 7 dependent children, 4 staff and 15 Volunteers. The meal, prepared by Tom Donnelly, consisting of turkey, sweet potatoes , mashed potatoes, waldorf salad, dressing, home made rolls, gravy and desserts to include cake, pies, cheese cakes and brownies all topped if you wanted with whip cream. A great time was had by all.
