Council 10208 can take a great deal of pride in knowing that it supported Edward Pereira D'Almeida in pursuing his vocation, both monetarily and in prayer.  Edward of Conway and James Melnick of Cabot will be ordained to the priesthood at 10:00 am Saturday, July 11, in the Cathedral of St Andrew in Little Rock.  A reception will follow in MacDonald Hall.

Edward recently attended the Pontifical North American College in Rome.  He will celebrate his first Mass at noon, July 12, in St Joseph Church in Conway. 

This  council gave a total of $2,500 towards Edward's training and education through the RSVP Seminarian Program, and, per the program's policies, received rebates in the amount of $500.

 Knights are encouraged to complement their previous support by attending his ordination and/or first mass.
