Art has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since March, 2007 and has been Communications Director since 2008. His title has changed to Email Coordinator and it is primarily his continuing role in maintaining the email directory for all Knights, transmitting emails for K of C activities, providing the attendance roster for meetings and special events and directing incoming mail to appropriate recipients that Art is being recognized as July’s Knight of the Month.

As a Knight, Art has also participtated in the Campaign for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and in the Blind Camp Bowling Week.

Art has also served the Parish as an alter server since 2006 and as a parish greeter with his wife Marna. He is also a member of the Sacred Heart Bowling League.

In the community, Art is currently serving as president of the 400+ member Computer Club of HSV and serves as an instructor. He also heads up a group of his neighbors in maintaining his neighborhood sign area and spearheaded an effort to design, fund and build a new sign and landscaping for it.

Thanks, Art, for all that you do for the Knights, this Parish, and this community.
